Samsung Galaxy S10+ Review

Here comes Samsung Galaxy S10 plus with a new design powered by Exynos 9820 .The Galaxy S10+ is presented with all the best features from its predecessors, adds the latest trends, mixes them well, and delivers a perfect smartphone. We can say that Galaxy S10 is a culmination of everything Samsung has achieved over the last decade.

Design and Display

Samsung always try to make a unique color tones, and in 10plus there's Flamingo Pink, Canary Yellow, Prism Green, Prism Blue and Prism Black as well. The screen itself is pretty darn good with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display and 3040x1440-pixel resolution which is highly protected by Gorilla Glass 6. S10 plus is the first handset to use the design with a Quad HD+ AMOLED panel.Samsung debuted an Infinity-O "notch" that's really a hole cut in the display to make room for two cameras.
Interestingly, the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus offers two display modes; Vivid and Natural. Vivid mode works just like the adaptive mode and adds extra contrast with color correction to the display while Normal mode shows everything normally. The colours are vibrant and support for HDR10 and HDR10+ video content and TV shows on supported apps..

Software, Storage and Battery

Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus uses Samsung’s newest OneUI - big and bubbly. One UI shifts all the elements of the user interface that you’ll actually need to tap into the lower-third of the touchscreen where they are within easy reach based on Android 9 Pie operating system which is elegant, clean and easy to navigate. There’s a massive 8GB of RAM inside and 128GB of internal storage. Also a MicroSD card slot is present in case you need more space. As far as the battery is concerned it has 4100 mAh. This larger capacity makes a big difference. It has 11 hours of runtime, about 10 percent longer than with other 4,000 mAh phones. Interestingly the S10 Plus also packs reverse wireless charging, which you can use to charge another smartphone, smartwatch or even the Galaxy Buds.

Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanner

Samsung this time introduced one of the S10+’s new feature – the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and its UI is a major improvement over the Samsung mobile Touchwiz Experience. Samsung has opted for an ultrasonic sensor first time. Namely Qualcomm's ultrasonic technology by using sound waves to get a 3D image of our print. It is really secure than an optical sensor, which essentially takes a 2D photo of our finger. When we lift the phone to unlock, its display will light up and show where to place the finger for the fingerprint sensor to work thus making the process of unlocking the phone easier.

Triple Cameras

There are three cameras on the S10 Plus' back 12-megapixel with a dual aperture mechanism going between f/1.5 and f/2.4., 12-megapixel telephoto lens with an aperture of f/2.4, 16-megapixel ultrawide-angle and two on the front .The Galaxy S10 Plus is the only one of Samsung's new phones to give you this combination of front-facing cameras: a 10- shooter with an aperture of f/1.9 and dual pixel AF and 8-megapixel combo. This one is capable of shooting Live Focus selfies. When taking selfies, you can choose a closer view of your face, with the resulting image being around 5-6 megapixels even in low light. Instagram mode which you can flip it on to use the same filters and post directly to Instagram without leaving the app and having fun with making animated emojis of your face and body are quite impressive. There are a number of Shot Suggestions feature that uses AI to suggest the best composition for photos and we can save photos in the HEIF format which is hailed for its space-saving abilities. And yes no doubt, in terms of the image quality, the S10 Plus produces some of the best clicks out there.
