RAW MATERIAL AND PROCESSING
Raw Material : •Healthy disease free Broiler chicken fed on corn and soybean based feed (no inclusion of any animal derived protein in the feed)
•No use of hormones while rearing the chicken at the farm.
Processing : •Whole chicken after Bleeding, Defeathering and Evisceration following have been removed: Feathers, Head, Feet, Entrails, Trachea, Oesophagus, lungs, Reproductive organs and Giblet.
•Slaughtering as per Islamic standard certified by Halal Centre Saudi drug & Food Authority
•Carcass is water chilled by immersing in chilled chlorinated water and then passed through the air chilling process.
